These terms cover your use of this website and the purchase of a Growth Call. Buying a Growth Call means you accept them.

What the Growth Call is

The Growth Call is a one hour consultation, delivered remotely, followed by a written plan sent to you within 48 hours of the call. It is advice and opinion based on what you tell us and what we can see. It is not accountancy, legal, tax, regulatory or investment advice, and it is not a guarantee of any particular commercial result.

Price and payment

The price is shown on this website before you pay and is charged in US dollars. Payment is taken in full at the point of booking, through our payment provider. Where a partner code is applied, the reduced price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

Booking and rescheduling

After payment you will receive a link to choose a time and a short questionnaire. You can reschedule your call by giving us reasonable notice. If you do not attend a booked call and do not tell us in advance, we may treat the call as delivered.

The 10x Guarantee

If you act on the plan and have not made back ten times the cost of the Growth Call within three months of your call, we will refund the entire cost of your Growth Call. To claim, email us within 30 days of the end of that three month period and show us what you did with the plan. The plan remains yours either way. The guarantee covers the fee you paid for the Growth Call and nothing else.

Introductions

Introductions to specialists are free. Any work you go on to do with a specialist is a contract between you and them, on their terms, at their prices. We do not manage that relationship, we are not a party to it, and we are not liable for the work they do or fail to do. We may be paid by a specialist in connection with an introduction. That never changes who we introduce you to, and it never adds anything to what you pay them.

Your plan

The plan we write is yours to use in your business however you like, including handing it to whoever does the work. We keep a copy, and we keep the right to use the general know-how in it elsewhere.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, our total liability in connection with the Growth Call is limited to the fee you paid for it, and we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business or indirect loss.

Confidentiality

What you tell us about your business stays between us, except where you have asked us to make an introduction, where a service provider needs it to do their job, or where the law requires us to disclose it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
